What type of lease terms do you have available?

• We offer six (6) month leases that automatically renew for six months unless we receive a 30-day written notice

Are you pet friendly?

• Yes, we allow small pets that weigh no more than 25 pounds when fully grown.  All pets must be seen by a qualified person in the Rental Office before they are allowed in the apartment.  There is a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee and extra rent of $15.00 per pet; maximum number allowed is two.

What type of deposit do you require and how much?

• We require a security deposit of $400.00 which is fully refundable after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment at the end of your lease term.

What public schools do the children attend?

• Woodstock Elementary School
• Brandon Middle School
• Tallwood High School

I`m in the military, what happens if I receive PCS orders?

• The lease has a military clause; you are able to terminate the lease for PCS orders after giving a thirty (30) day written notice and a copy of the orders.

Do you accept Section 8 or participate in the RPP program?

• No, we do not participate in either program.

Can I install a satellite dish outside the apartment?

• Yes, you can within specific guidelines. You will be required to acknowledge these specifications by signing the paperwork at the Rental Office before the satellite dish can be installed.

How can I reserve an apartment?

• Upon approval of your application, you can reserve an apartment by signing a lease and paying the security deposit.

I live out of town, how can we process the paperwork and reserve the apartment?

• The paperwork can be processed via US Mail, fax, or e-mail.

How long does it take to process and application?

• Generally, we can let you know something the same day it is received.

Who needs to fill out the application?

• All adults living in the apartment are required to fill out an application and pay the processing fee. Married couples fill out one application as applicant and co-applicant and pay one fee.

What if my roommate and/or fiance won`t be moving in until a later date?

• We recommend that all parties intending to occupy the apartment even at a later date apply at the same time. You may add another party onto the lease only after an approved application is completed.

Do you accept co-signers?

• No, we do not accept co-signers.
